The MC4C is a matched male and female MC4-type solar cable connector pair for joining PV module and array DC cables. It suits 2.5, 4 and 6mm² solar cable and is rated at 1500 V DC and 30 amps, with an IP67 sealed, UV-resistant PPO housing for outdoor use. Crimping requires the RTMC4 tool, and the connectors carry TUV DIN IEC 62852 and VDE approvals.
