The Steca Solsum 10.10F is a PWM series solar charge controller from the Steca Solsum F-Line, one of the most widely used solar home system (SHS) controller ranges. It handles up to 10 A at an automatically recognised system voltage of 12 V or 24 V, fitting system sizes of maximum 240 W. The circuit board is completely electronically protected, and the multifunction LED user interface with 4 LEDs lets you check the battery state of charge, operating states and fault messages at any time. Large terminals (4 mm² fine wire / 6 mm² single wire) make connection of solar panels, battery and load simple. Features include voltage regulation, automatic voltage detection, multistage charging technology, current compensated load disconnection, automatic load reconnection, temperature compensation, monthly maintenance charge and a night light function that is pre-set in the factory or adjustable via the optional Steca PA RC100 remote control. Electronic protection covers overcharge, deep discharge, reverse polarity of module/load/battery, automatic electronic fuse, short circuit of load and module, module input overvoltage, open circuit without battery, reverse current at night, overtemperature and overload, plus battery overvoltage shutdown. CE and RoHS compliant, developed in Germany and manufactured according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
